Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. JLC store may assess a 15% restocking fee on any opened items. Shipping fees are not refundable. The items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition and at your cost. Once you have got our confirmation on your return notification, you will have a period of calendar 14 days to return the goods to us. Do not return an item without our confirmation.
Imprinted or Personalized items
JLC store stands behind our product and our customers. However, as we deal with customized work for imprinted or personalized items, once an item is in production, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made. We guarantee the product to meet your written specifications. We will not accept returned merchandise unless you received the incorrect product ordered, the product is printed incorrectly or the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged Items
Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please log into My Account and complete a return form as soon as possible. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.
Faulty Items/Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled directly by the Canadian or Chinese supplier of the product. JLC store doesn’t directly process warranty claims, we will do our upmost to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory manner.
